Copyright policy
Respect creators’ rights and upload only content you are authorized to publish.
Effective date: 2026-09-07
You may not upload content that copies or misappropriates someone else’s writing, dialogue, images or other material without authorization.
Content may be suspended or removed without prior warning when infringement is confirmed or there are reasonable grounds to believe it infringes rights.
1. Rights needed to publish
You may upload content you created or are legally authorized to publish. Check the material in titles, descriptions, covers, dialogue, subtitles and images, as well as the episode itself.
- Do not copy another work’s writing, story, dialogue or images without permission, or present someone else’s creative work as your own.
- Translating, rewriting with AI or otherwise modifying a work does not, by itself, give you permission to use the original.
- Crediting the source or original creator does not replace permission. Where permission is not required, you must still comply with applicable law and license terms.
- Also check the terms for AI generation tools, external images, fonts and other materials used in production.
2. Creators’ and rights holders’ rights
Content rights belong to the relevant creator or rights holder under applicable law and valid agreements. Uploading content does not, by itself, transfer copyright to Cinetoon.
AI generation alone does not automatically create or guarantee copyright. Whether and to what extent a work is protected may depend on human creative contribution and applicable law.
Review approval, an EXCLUSIVE label and original-verification records are not copyright registration or proof of ownership of rights.
3. Suspension or removal
Content may be suspended or removed without prior warning when infringement is confirmed or there are reasonable grounds to believe it infringes rights.
We may suspend access while reviewing possible infringement and decide on further action after examining relevant evidence. Passing automated review does not establish that content is non-infringing.
Action without prior warning does not waive any legally required notice, opportunity to respond or objection procedure. Where such procedures are required, we follow applicable law.
4. Evidence of rights
Keep drafts, original files, permissions, licenses and other evidence of your right to publish. These materials can support an infringement review or your response to an action.
