Service and accounts
Cinetoon is a service for reading and publishing AI-created comics. Public operator details are shown on this page. Support and rights requests are available through Support and reports.
Google sign-in identifies an account. Do not use another person's account without permission or bypass access restrictions. Sign-in does not verify age or rights to content.
Reading and permitted use
You may read published works personally through the service's interfaces and access rules. Do not copy and repost or sell manuscripts, images or subtitles without permission or a lawful basis, or bypass protections for bulk collection. This does not override uses permitted by law.
Payments and creator payouts are not currently offered. Storage tokens represent upload capacity under the current service rules; they do not promise cash payments or revenue sharing.
Reports and restrictions
Content may be removed from public access or access restricted without advance warning when violations are established or reasonably supported, including rights violations, illegal content, privacy violations or malicious code. Repeated violations may lead to a timed publishing restriction. A report alone does not establish infringement or trigger automatic deletion.
Reasons and routes for explanations or appeals are available in site notices and Support and reports. Reporter details and internal operator notes are not automatically disclosed to other parties. This guidance does not limit rights or procedures required by law.
Changes, closure and privacy
The privacy policy describes data, retention and external processing needed for the service. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional email, promotion or AI training. You may request data rights assistance and account closure.
Material changes to use conditions or publishing permissions are presented as a new version with an explanation and any required confirmation. Past logins or uploads are not retroactively recorded as acceptance. Mandatory user rights and operator liability are not excluded.
Age guidance and youth protection
Account features are intended for people aged 14 or older. You must also meet any higher minimum age or parental-consent requirements where you live. We do not currently provide a verified parental-consent process for children under 14.
Adult-only content may not be published or offered in previews. Create material suitable for young people and assess themes, violence, sexual content, language, drugs, gambling, discrimination and imitation risk. Uncertain cases are held for operator review.
