Creator publishing terms

Rights and responsibilities
Uploaders must have the rights needed to publish text, images, dialogue, translations and depictions of real people. AI use does not remove third-party rights concerns. Copyright depends on applicable law and creative contribution; upload or AI approval is not certification of ownership.
These terms do not transfer content rights to Cinetoon. Do not upload copied or misappropriated text or images without permission. Access may be suspended or content deleted without advance warning under the copyright policy.
Permission needed to provide the service
While requesting publication, you grant Cinetoon non-exclusive permission to provide the service: storage and technical copies of manuscripts and covers, delivery and display of approved content, and reading-related page delivery, compression, static previews and protection marks. Uploaded originals retain their bytes and fingerprints.
Readers may select translations you submit. This required permission does not include new translations, story adaptations, external advertising, third-party distribution, sale as AI training data or contractual exclusivity. EXCLUSIVE is a creator's declaration of exclusive posting, not an exclusive contract or rights certification.
Review, public records and removal
Manuscripts, covers, text in all languages and work or episode information may undergo safety and quality review by operators and a connected OpenAI Codex subscription account. Incomplete or problematic AI reviews are held for an operator. See the privacy policy and the external service's terms for this processing.
Episode identifiers, file SHA-256 and publication time may be sent to an external integrity record when published. This is not copyright registration or proof of ownership. Removal closes ordinary reader access; necessary backup cleanup and time-limited dispute preservation follow the privacy policy and case notices.
Confirmation records include policy version, language, time and uploaded file fingerprints. Earlier files without records remain unrecorded; acceptance is not backdated. Account links are scheduled for cleanup 90 days after closure; any necessary dispute hold requires a stated basis and separate deadline.
Age guidance and youth protection
Account features are intended for people aged 14 or older. You must also meet any higher minimum age or parental-consent requirements where you live. We do not currently provide a verified parental-consent process for children under 14.
Adult-only content may not be published or offered in previews. Create material suitable for young people and assess themes, violence, sexual content, language, drugs, gambling, discrimination and imitation risk. Uncertain cases are held for operator review.
